WttEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 91 and 92, Plan
,~0M-1515, Pickerh~g, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 91, Plan 40M-1515, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Hoover Drive).
2. Block 92, Plan 40M-1515, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Howell Crescent).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of February, 1991.
