WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title a Site Plan Agreement between the Town and 718439 Ontario Limited dated March 10, 1989 and registered on March 16, 1989, as Instrument No. D306307; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, of a Site Plan Agreement dated March 10, 1989, and registered March 16, 1989, as Instrument No. D306307, between The Corporation of the Town of Picketing and 718439 Ontario Lhnited, respecting Part Lot 19, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing {Parts I and 2, Plan 40R-I 1188). BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of February, 1991. Wayne Ar~rs, Mayor 'F©WN CF 2, APPROVED AS TO FORM LEGAL (SCHEDULE A) RELEASE In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is hereby by it acknowledged, THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING hereby releases and forever discharges 718439 ONTARIO LIMITED its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, of and from all claims, demands, dmnages, actions or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated March 10, 1989 and registered as Instrument No. D306307 on March 16, 1989, between THE CORPORATION,OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING and 718439 ONTARIO LIMITED concerning Part Lot 19, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing (Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-I 1188). IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Coiporation of the Town of Picketing has hereunto affixed its corporate seal attested by its properly authorized officers this 18th day of February, 1991.
