Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Lot 27,
Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Parts 1 and 2,
Plan 40R-12899 and Parts ! and 2, Plan 40R-13226, as
public highway (Regal Crescent/Darwin Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 27, Concession
2, Picketing, designated as Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-12899 and Parts 1 and 2, Plan 40R-13226, and
wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Lot 27, Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-12899 and
Part 1, Plan 40R-13226, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Regal Crescent).
1. Those parts of Lot 27, Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-12899 and
Part 2, Plan 40R-13226, are hereby dedicated as public highway (Darwin Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of November, 1990.
