Being a by-law to repeal By-law 2927/89, section l(a) of
By-law 3481/90, By-law 3183/89, By-law 3186/89,
By-law 2955/88, By-law 3431/90 and By-law 3430/90.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, section 50(6),
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted various by-laws to authorize the
execution of certain subdivision agreements respecting Draft Plans 18T-84015 (Petrou/]_,ioukras);
18T-84018, phase I (699504 Ontario Ltd.); 18T-87059 (Forbes); 18T-87065 (740713 Ontario
Ltd./740714 Ontario Ltd.); 18T-87071 (Boddy); 18T-88077 (Cougs); and 18T-88100 (Cougs), all of
which subdivision agreements are now obsolete and have been declared to be null and void and of no
further effect; and
W'HEREAS it is necessary therefore to repeal those authorizing by-laws.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 2927/89, section l(a) of By-law 3481/90, By-law 3183/89, By-law 3186/89, By-law
2955/88, By-law 3431/90 and By-law 3430/90 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a fu-st, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of Octob~ ~ 1990.
