BY-LAW NO, 3550/90
Being a by-law to repeal By-law 3524/90 dedicating Blocks
115 and 116, Plan M-1189, Pickering as public highway.
WHEREAS, on August 9, 1990, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
enacted By-law 3524/90, dedicating Blocks 115 and 116, Plan M-1189, Pickering aspublic
highway which blocks were previously dedicated by By-law 3405/90, rendering By-law 3524/90
redundant;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 3524/90 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of September,
1990.
