WHEREAS, pursuant to the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, c. 1,.s.50, or a predecessor thereof, The Corporation of the Town of Picketing and Jameton Limited and Bangor Construction Limited entered into an Agreement dated February 6, 1984, Notice of which was registered on September 12, 1984 as Inst..mment No. LT214788, respecting the subdivision and development of Plan 40Mo1322, Picketing, and WHEREAS the terms and conditions of that Agreement have been complied with to the satisfaction of the Town; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release and Discharge, in the fo .r~. attached.hereto as Schedule A, of the Agreement dated February 6, 1984, Notice of which was registered September 12, 1984 as Instrument No. LT214788, between Jameton Limited and Bangor Constru.ction Limited and The Corporation of the Town of Pickering, respecting the subdivasion and development of Plan 40M-1322, Picketing. 2. Schedule A hereto forms part of this By-law. BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this.Sfh day of August, 1990. Wayne Art~laqs, Mayor RELEASE AND DISCHARGE WHEREAS the Agreement dated February 6, 1984, Notice of which was registered September 12, 1984, in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40) as Instrument No. LT214788 between, JAMETON LIMITED AND BANGOR CONSTRUCTION LIMITED hereinafter referred to as the "Company" THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING hereinafter referred to as the "Town", provided for the subdivision and development of lands affected hereby; and WHEREAS the terms and conditions of that Agreement have been complied with to the satisfaction of the Town with respect to the lands affected hereby; THE TOWN HEREBY r.e .m~.ses, releases and forever discharges the Company, its successors and assigns, from any and all habtlities, actions, causes of action, debts, claims or demands of any kind whatsoever which the Company may have been, is, or may become subject to pursuant to the provisions of the Agreement. THIS RELEASE AND DISCHARGE affects the lands described as: Lots 1 to 8, inclusive and Blocks 9 to 20, inclusive on Plan 40M-1322, Town of Pickering, Regional Municipality of Durham. IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Town has hereunto affixed its corporate seal, attested to by its properly authorized officers. DATED at Pickering, Ontario this day of ,1990. WHEREAS, pursuant to the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, c.1, s.50, or a predecessor thereof, The Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Jameton Limited and Bangor Construction Limited entered into an Agreement dated February 6, 1984, Notice of which was registered on September 12, 1984 as Instrument No. LT214788, respecting the subdivision and development of Plan 40M-1322, Pickering; and WHEREAS the terms and conditions of that Agreement have been complied with to the satisfaction of the Town; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1.
