BY-LAW NO. 3399
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law
882/78, respecting Lots 1-6, inclusive and Blocks
A-H, inclusive, Plan M-1153, Picketing.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 882/78 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of
February, 1990.
