BY-LAW NO. 3149/89
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law
1360/81, respecting Lots 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 15 to 19
and Blocks 22 to 26, Plan M-IZ20, Pickerlng.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 49 of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1980, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 1360/81 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day of June,
1989.
