BY-LAW NO. 3024/89
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 76, Plan
40M-1439, Pickering, as public highway (DeBbrook
Avenue).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 76, Plan
40M-1439, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 76, Plan 40M-1439, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Dellbrook Avenue).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 6th day of
February, 1989.
