Being a by-law to dedicate Block A, Plan M-1171
as public highway. (Valley Farm Road)
WHEREA5 The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block A, Plan
M-1171, which it desires to dedicate as public highway, pursuant to the Municipal
Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, s.298;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block A, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Valley Farm Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of
October, 1986.

RELEASE AND DISCHARGE
WHEREAS the Agreement dated August 3, 1978, Notice of which was registered July
9, 1979, in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Durham (No. 40)
as Instrument No. LT93833, between,
RAYMOE INVESTMENTS LIMITED,
BARBO DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED, and
DE GROOT INVESTMENTS LIMITED,
carrying on business as
KEESBAR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
hereinafter referred to as the "Company"
- and -
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereinafter referred to as the "Town" ,
provided for the subdivision and development of lands affected hereby; and
WHEREAS the terms and conditions of that Agreement have been complied with to the
satisfaction of the Town with respect to the lands affected hereby;
THE TOWN HEREBY remises, releases and forever discharges the Company, its suc-
cessor and assigns, from any and all liabilities, actions, causes of action, debts,
claims or demands of any kind whatsoever which the Company may have been, is, or
may become subject to pursuant to the provisions of Agreement.
THIS RELEASE AND DISCHARGE affects the lands described as:
Lots 1-13, inclusive, Blocks A& B and Streets-1, Plan M-1171, Pickering.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Town has hereunto affixed its corporate seal, attested to
by its properly authorized officers.
DATED at Pickering, Ontario this 17th day of October, 1988.
