BY-LAW N0.2905/88
Being a by-law to dedicate those parts of Block
12, Plan 40M-1443, Pickering, designated as Parts
1-8, Plan 40R-10666 as public highway (Hoover
Drive ) .
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of those parts of
Block 12, Plan 40M-1443, Pickering, designated as Parts 1-8, Plan 40R-10666, and
wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Those parts of Block 12, Plan 40M-1443, Pickerin g, designated as Parts 1-8,
Plan 40R-10666 are hereby dedicated as public highway (Hoover Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 3rd day of Octo-
ber, 1988.
