WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302, s.210.117, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law 55/74 for prohibiting heavy traffic on the highways; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Schedule 2 of By-law 55/74, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following item: Highway Rosefield Road From Finch Avenue To Everton Street 2. This By-law shal] not come into force unless it is approved by the Counci] of The Regional Municipality of Durham pursuant to the Regional Municipality of Durham Act, R.5.0. 1980, c.434, s.40.
