BY-LAW NO. Zg50 /gg
Being a by-law to exempt Lots 42 to 51, 53 and
54 Plan 40M-1526, Pickering, from part lot
control.
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 49(7) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O.
1983, chapter 1, the council of a municipality may by by-law provide that section
49(5) of the Act does not apply to certain lands within a plan of subdivision des-
ignated in the by-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section 49(5) of the Planning Act, 1983, S.O. 1983, chapter 1, does not apply
to the lands described as follows:
Lots 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 53 and 54, Plan 40M-1526,
Pickering .
2. This by-law shall not come into effect until approved by the Regional Municipal-
ity of Durham.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of
August, 1988.
