Home My WebLink AboutBy-law 2784/88 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER 2784/88 Being a by-law to amend By-law 2366/87 designating Highview Road as a through highway WHEREAS By-law 2366/87, as amended, designates certain highways within the Town of Pickering as through highways; and WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2366/87 to designate Highview Road as a through highway; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS as follows: 1. Schedule "A" to By-law 2366/87, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting the following: COLUMN I COLUMN II Highway From T__o Highview Road White's Road Westerly terminus (Durham Regional of Rosebank Road Road 38) 2. and adding the following thereto: COLUMN I COLUMN II Highway From T__o Highview Road White's Road Saugeen Drive and (Durham Regional Ariel Crescent Road 38) Highview Road Saugeen Drive Rosebank Road and Ariel Crescent 3. This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved by the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham. BY-LAW Read a first, second and third time and PASSED this 16th day of May, 1988.
