BY-LAW NO.2783 /88
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
Release of a Development Agreement respecting
that part of Lot 43, Plan 1051, Pickering, des-
ignated as Parts 2-7, Plan 40R-11080.
(Carey; LD 706-10/87).
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title an Agreement between the Town and
James Herbert Carey, dated April 5, 1988 and registered April 19, 1988, as Instru-
ment No. D276602;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form
attached hereto as Schedule A, of a Development Agreement dated April 5, 1988
and registered April 19, 1988, as Instrument No. D276602 respecting that part
of Lot 43, Plan 1051, Picketing, designated as Parts 2-7, Plan 40R-11080
(Carey; LD 706-10/87).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of May,
1988.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is
hereby by it acknowledged,
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereby releases and forever discharges
JAMES HERBERT CAREY
his heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of and from all claims,
demands, damages, actions or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or
may arise as a result of or in any way related to an Agreement dated April 5, 1988
and registered as Instrument No. D276602 on April 19, 1988, between

and
JAMES HERBERT CAREY
concerning that part of Lot 43, Plan 1051, Picketing, designated as Parts 2, 3, 4, 5,
6 and 7, Plan 40R-11080.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Corporation of the Town of Picketing has hereunto affixed
its corporate seal attested by its properly authorized officers this 16th day of May,
1988.
