BY-LAW NUMBER 2817/88
Being a by-law to amend By-law 264/75 to
establish the speed limit on Foxwood Trail
and Glenanna Road at 40 kilometres per hour
Whereas By-law 264/75 allows Council to authorize speed limits on
highways under the jurisdiction of the Town of Pickerin§; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to establish the speed limit on Foxwood
Trail and Glenanna Road at 40 kilometres (25 miles) per hour;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
Hereby Enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "B" of By-law 264/75, is hereby amended by adding the
following:
From To
Foxwood Trail Strouds Lane Rosebank Road
Glenanna Road Dixie Road Fairport Road
2. This by-law shall take effect upon approval by the Regional
Municipality of Durham.
By-law read a first, second and third time and Passed this 20th day of
June, 1988.
