BY-LAW NO. 2774/88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 223, 224 and
225, Plan 40M-1499, Pickering, as public highway
(Marshcourt Drive, Ashford Drive and Beechlawn
Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation o£ the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 223, 224
and 225, Plan 40M-1499, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 223, Plan 40M-1499, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Marshcourt Drive)
2. Block 224, Plan 40M-1499, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Ashford Drive)
3. Block 225, Plan 40M-1499, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Beechlawn Drive)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of May,
