BY-LAW NO. 2770
Being a by-law to name that part of Lot 20,
Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part l,
Plan 40R-9456 and Part 7, Plan 40R-5511 (save
and except Part 1, Plan 40R-9456, Parts 3, 5, 8,
15, 16 and 17, Plan 40R-10167 and Part 1, Plan
40R-1]090) as "Alliance Road".
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 210.105 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O.
1980, chapter 302, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering may pass
by-laws giving names to highways;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 20, Concession 1, Picketing, designated as Part l, Plan
40R-9456, is hereby named "Alliance Road".
2. That part of Lot 20, Concession 1, Picketing, designated as Part 7, Plan
40R-5511, save and except,
(a) Part 1, Plan 40R-9456;
(b) Parts 3, 5, 8, 15, 16 and 17, Plan 40R-10167; and
(c) Part 1, Plan 40R-11090,
is hereby named "Alliance Road".
3. By-law 2554/87 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 2nd day of May,
1988.
