(Livingston Street) WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 23 and 24, Plan 40M-1427, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Blocks 23 and 24, Plan 40M-1427, Picketing are hereby dedicated as public highway.
