BY-LAW NO.2723 /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 70 and 72, Plan
40M-1414, Picketing, as public highway.
(Melman Street, Hollyhedge Drive)
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Blocks 70 and
72, Plan 40M-1414, Pickering and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 70, Plan 40M-1414, Picketing is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Melman Street)
2. Block 72, Plan 40M-1414, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Hollyhedge Drive)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
