BY-LAW NO.270B /88
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 32, Plan
40M-1304, Pickering, as public highway (Fawndale
Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Block 32, Plan
40M-1304, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Block 32, Plan 40M-1304, Pickering is hereby dedicated as public highway.
(Fawndale Road)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of
March, 1988.
