BY-LAWNO. 5880/01
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of the Road
Allowance between Lots 20 & 21, Concession 1,
Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-7103
(Valley Farm Road) as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of that part of the Road
Allowance between Lots 20 & 21, Concession 1, Pickering, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-7103
and wishes to dedicate it as a public highway.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That part of the Road Allowance between Lots 20 & 21, Concession 1, Pickering,
designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-7103 is hereby dedicated as public highway
(Valley Farm Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of September, 2001.
