Being a by-law to dedicate part of Block W-I,
Plan M-I058, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-
20122 (New StreeO as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of part of Block W-1, Plan M-
1058, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-20122, Pickering and wishes to dedicate it as a public
highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Part of Block W-I, Plan M-1058, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-20122, Pickering is
hereby dedicated as public highway (New Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of February, 2001.
