BY-LAW NO. 5742/00
Being a by-law to dedicate Part of Appleview
Road, Registered Plan 1051, Pickering,
designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3, Plan 40R-20012
(Appleview Road) as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of part of Appleview Road,
Registered Plan 1051, Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3, Plan 40R-20012 and wishes to
dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Part of Appleview Road, Registered Plan 1051, Pickering, designated as Parts 1, 2 and 3,
Plan 40R-20012 is hereby dedicated as public highway (Appleview Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of September, 2000.
