BY-LAW NO. 5731./00
Being a by-law to appoint the Manager of
Accounting Services, Ms. K. Senior as a Deputy
Treasurer
WHEREAS pursuant to Section 77(2) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.45, as amended
the Council may appoint a Deputy Treasurer who shall have all the powers and duties of the
Treasurer under this and every other Act;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
The the Manager of Accounting Services, Ms. K. Senior, is hereby appointed as a Deputy
Treasurer for purposes of legislative duties.
2. This by-law shall take effect on August 8, 2000.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 8th day of August, 2000.
