Being a by-law to dedicate Part of Block W-I,
Plan M-1058, Pickering, designated as Part 1,
Plan 40R-19853 (New StreeO as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of part of Block W-1, Plan M-
1058, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-19853 and wishes to dedicate it as public
highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Part of Block W-l, Plan 40M-1058, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-19853 is
hereby dedicated as public highway (New Street).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 26th day of June, 2000.
