Being a by-law to amend By-law 2632/88 to
provide for stop signs at the intersection
of Maple Gate, Timber Court and Tratlwood
Court, and Brookshtre Square.
Whereas By-law 2632/88 provides for the erection of "Stop" signs at certain
intersections within the Town of Ptckerfng; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 2632/88 to provide for stop
signs at the intersection of Maple Gate, Timber Court and Trailwood Court, and
Brookshire Square;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "I" to By-law 2632/88, as amended, is hereby further ~mended
by deleting:
COI/JMN I COLUMN II
Intersections Facing Traffic
Maple Gate Road, Timber Court Eastbound on Maple Gate
and Trailwood Court Road
Brookshire Square and Eastbound on Gablehurst
Gablehurst Crescent Crescent
(South Intersection)
and adding the following therefor:
Maple Gate Road, Timber Court Eastbound and Northbound
and Trailwood Court on Maple Gate Road
Brookshtre Square and Eastbound on Gablehurst
Gablehurst Crescent Crescent and Westbound
(North Intersection) on Brookshire Square
2. This by-law shall come into force on the date that it is approved by
the Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham.
