HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 4050/92 TH!~ CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING _BY-LAW NO. 4050/92 Being a by-law to authorize the execution of Transfers of storm sewer easements to The Corporation of the Town of ?ickering in Plans 40M-1350, 40M-1375 and 40M-1456, Picketing. WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing requires storm sewer easements over parts of Blocks 102 and 103, Plan 40M-1350, Picketing, parts of Lots 16 and 29, Plan 40M-1375, Picketing and parts of Lots 4, 5 and 8, Plan 40M-1456, Pickering, for the purpose of draining storm water through the said plans, and pursuant to the provisions of section 191 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing may pass by-laws for acquiring interests in lands; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easement, in the form attached hereto as Schedule A, from Michele Tracy Chiapponi to The Corporation of the Town of Picketing, over that part of Block 102, Plan 40M-1350, Picketing, designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-9460. 2. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easemeut, m the form attached hereto as Schedule B, from Kenneth Berg and Myra Berg to The Corporariou of the Town of Picketing, over that part of Block 103, Plan 40M-1350, Picketing, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-9460. 3. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easement, m the form attached hereto as Schedule C, from Rajendra Paul Rawana and Radha Sonia Rawana to The Corporation of the Town of Picketing, over that part of Lot 16, Plan 40M-1375, Pickering, designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-9154. 4. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easement, m the form attached hereto as Schedule D, from Michael Ernest Weaver and Jean Margaret Weaver to The Corporation of the Town of Picketing, over that part of Lot 29, Plan 40M- 1375, Picketing, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-9154. 5. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easement, ~n the form attached hereto as Schedule E, from Geraldine Clarkson to The Corporation of the Town of Picketing, over that part of Lot 4, Plan 40M-1456, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-10143. 6. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easement, ~n the form attached hereto as Schedule F, from John Bietola and Cheryl Ann Bietola to The Corporation of the Town of Picker'mg, over that part of Lot 5, Plan 40M-1456, Pickering, designated as Part 2, Plan 40R-10143. 7. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easement, m the form attached hereto as Schedule G, from Robert Cattle and Elaine Cattle to The Corporation of the Town of Pickering, over that part of Lot 8, Plan 40M-1456, Picketing, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-12160.
