DY-LAW NO. 4046/~92
Being a By-law to amend By-law 3855/91 to provide for
the appoh~tment of Timothy Moore as Chief Building
Official and Stephen Vokes as Acting Chief Building
Official.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Building Code Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter B. 13, section
3(2), the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacted By-law 3855/91 on October 7,
1991 (effective January 1, 1992), and in so doing appointed Stephen Vokes as Chief Building Official;
and
WHEREAS it is now appropriate to appoint Thnothy Moore as Chief Building Official and Stephen
Vokes as Acting Chief Building Official;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Item 1 of Schedule A to By-law 3855/91 is hereby revoked and the following substituted for it:
1. Chief Building Official Timothy Moore
2. Schedule A to By-law 3855/91 is hereby mended by adding thereto the following Item:
6. Acting Chief Building Official Stephen Vokes
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 29th day of June, 1992.
