Being a by-law to antend By-law 2359/87 regulating
parking, standing and stopping on highways amt on
private and municipal proper~. (Petunia Place)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, s.210.52,
210.73, 210.124-126, 210.131, 310, 314.8, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering
enacted By-law 2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on private and
municipal property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule I of By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following item:
Petunia Place
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of June, 1992.
