BY-LAW NO. 4016/92
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 58 and 62, Plan
40M-1446, Pickering, as public highway (Hoover Drive;
Littleford Street).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Picketing is the owner of Blocks 58 and 62, Plan
40M-1446, Pickering, and wishes to dedicate them as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 58, Plan 40M-1446, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Littleford Street).
2. Block 62, Plan 40M-1446, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Hoover Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 15th day of June, 1992.
