BY-LAW NO. 3996/92
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 12, Plan 40M-1640,
Pickering, as public highway (Baylawn Drive).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 12, Plan 40M-1640 and
wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 12, Plan 40M-1640, Picketing, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Baylawn Drive).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 19th day of May, 1992.
