BY-LAW NUMBER 3991
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area Zoning By-law 2511, as amended, to
implement the Official Plan of the Town of Pickering District Planning Area, Region of
Durham in Part of Lots 43, 44, 58 and 59, Plan 350, in the Town of Pickering. (A 3/90)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering passed By-law 2511, to
amend certain development provisions applicable to the subject lands;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering now deems it
desirable to amend Restricted Area Zoning By-law 2511;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACFS AS FOI lOWS:
1. SCHEDULE "A" AMENDMENT
Schedule "A" of By-law 2511, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing from
"R3" (One-Family Detached Dwelling - Third Density Zone) and "R3(DN)" (One-Family
Detached Dwelling - Third Density Zone and Day Nursery, Type C) to "R4" (One-Family
Detached Dwelling - Fourth Density Zone) and "0,1" (Public Open Space Zone), the zone
designations of the lands designated "R4" and "01' on Schedule I attached hereto, being
Part of Lots 43, 44, 58 and 59, Plan 350, Town of Picketing.
2. BY-LAW 2511
By-law 2511, as amended, is hereby further amended only to the extent necessary to give
effect to the provisions of this By-law as it applies to thc area referred to in section 1
hereof. Definitions and subject matters not specifically dealt with in this By-law shall be
governed by the relevant provisions of By-law 2511, as amended.
3. EFFE(~2TIVE DATE
This By-law shail take effect from the day of passing hereof subject to the approval of the
Ontario Municipal Board, if required.
