BY-LAW NUMBER 3985/92
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 providing
for the regulating of parking, standing and
stopping on highways or parts of highways under
the jurisdiction of the Corporation of the Town
of Picketing and on private and municipal property.
WHEREAS, By-law 2359/87, as amended, provides for regulating of parking,
standing and stopping on highways or parts of highways under the jurisdiction
of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and on private and Municipal
property;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS as follows:
1. Schedule "B" to By-law 2359/87, is hereby amended by deleting the
following (No Parking):
COLUMN I COLUMN II COLUMN III COLUMN IV
Prohibited Times
Highway Side Between/And and Days
Krosno Boulevard South and Liverpool Road and See Note 1
East Bayly Street
Krosno Boulevard West Garvolin Avenue 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
and Fordon Avenue Monday to Friday
and substituting the following:
Prohibited Times
Highway Side Between/And and Days
Krosno Boulevard South and Liverpool Road and See Note 1
East 30 metres south of
Morden Lane
Krosno Boulevard East Fordon Street and See Note 1 Bayly Street
Krosno Boulevard West Garvolin Avenue and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
30 metres south of Monday to Friday
Morden Lane
2. Schedule "A" to By-law 2359/87, is hereby amended by adding the
following (No Stopping):
Prohibited Times
Highway Side Between/And and Days
Krosno Boulevard East and Fordon Avenue and 8:30 aom. to 4:30 p.m.
West 100 metres south Monday to Friday
if Fordon Avenue
This by-law shall come into force on the day that it is approved by the
Council of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to the
effect are erected.
BY-LAW READ a first, second and third time and finally PASSED THIS 4th day of
May, 1992.
