Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release of
the Agreement respecting those parts qf Lot 33. Range 3,
B.F.C., Pickering, designated as Parts 2 and 3, Plan
40R-6677 (now Plan 40M-1318, PickeTing).
WHEREAS, it is necessary to remove from title an Agreement between I.F. Coughlan Construction Co.
Limited and the Town dated February 1, 1982 mid registered February 16, 1982 as Instrument Number
D135527;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of PickeTing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of an Agreeraent dated February 1, 1982 and registered February 16, 1982 as
Instrument No. D135527, between I.F. Cougldan Construction Co. Limited and The
Corporation of the Town of Pickering, respecting those pans of Lot 33, Range 3, B.F.C.,
PickeTing, designated as Parts 2 and 3, Plan 40R-6677 [now Plan 40Mq318, PickeTing).
2. Schedule A hereto forms part of this By-law.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 21st day of April, 1992.

its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of and from all claims, demands, damages,
actions or causes of action which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way
related to an Agreement dated February 2, 1982 and registered as Instrument Number D135527 on
February 16, 1982, between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
J.F. COUGHLAN CONSTRUCTION CO. LIMITED
concerning those parts of Lot 33, Range 3, B.F.C., Picketing, designated as Parts 2 and 3, Plan
4t0R-6677 now comprising Lots 1-16, inclusive, Blocks 17-24, inclusive, Fawndale Road, Gwendolyn
Street and Petunia Place, Plan 40M-1318, Picketing.
