DY-LAWNO. 3961/92 _
Being a by-law to name highways or portions of
highways within the jurisdiction of the Town to which a
reduced load designation applies and to repeal By-laws
1473/82, 1902/84, 3457/90, 3494/90, 3663/91, 3726/91
and 3783/91
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of section 122(7) of the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990,
chapter H.8, a municipal corporation may by by-law designate the date on which a reduced load period
shall start or end and the highway or portion thereof under its jurisdiction to which the designation
appliesl
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Co~poration of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. For the purposes of subsections (1), (2) and (3) of section 122 of the Highway Traffic Act,
R.S.O. 1990, chapter H.8, reduced load period shall be that period starting on March 1st of each
year and ending April 30th, both inclusive, in each year.
2. The highways or portions thereof to which the reduced load period designation applies shall be
those highways or poxiions thereof set out in Schedule A attached hereto.
3. By-laws 1473/82, 1902/84, 3457/90, 3494/90, 3663/91, 3726/91 and 3783/91 are hereby
repealed.
