BY LAW NO 3958/92
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2359/87 regulating
parking, standing and stopping on highways and on
private and municipal properO, (Post Drive).
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, s.210.52,
210.73, 210.124-126, 210.131, 310, 314.8, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing
enacted By-law 2359/87 regulating parking, standing and stopping on highways and on private and
municipal property;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
I. Schedule I of By-law 2359/87, as amended, is hereby further an~ended by adding thereto the
following item:
Post Drive
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 23rd day of March, 1992.
