BY-LAW NO.3954/92
Being a by-law to amend By-law 1416/82 provMing for
the regulation atul licensing of places of amusement on
Duncannon Drive.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, s.236.6, the
Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 1416/82 providing for the
regulation and licensing of places of mnusement;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
I. Schedule A of By-law 1416/82, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto the
following item:
Duncarmon Drive
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 23rd day of March, 1992.
