BY-LAW NUMBER 4360/93
Being a By-law to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 3036, as amended
by By-law 4057/92, to implement the Official Plan of the Town of Picketing
District Planning Area, Region of Durham, in Lot 4, Plan 489, in the Town of
Picketing
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing passed By-law 4057/92,
on August 4, 1992, amending By-law 3036 on certain lands being Lot 4, Plan 489, in the Town
of Picketing, to permit a law office use, with an "(H)" holding symbol;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering now deems it
desirable to further amend By-law 3036, as amended by By-law 4057/92, to remove the "(it)"
holding symbol on the subject lands;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule "l" to By-law 4057/92 is hereby amended by removing the "(H)" holding
symbol preceding the zone category "R3-CO" on Lot 4, Plan 489, in the Town of
Picketing.
