WHI~REAS the Council of the Corporation of the T.o~n. of Picketing .dee~s~ it d~mble to
relax the lot coverage and bom y~r6 reqmrement provmom of the ex~mg 'R4' Zone for the
subject lands;
AND ~ an amendment to By-law 2511, ~s amended, is therefore deemed necess~-~;
NOW THEREFORE THE OOUNC~L OF THE OORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICla=_RiNG HER~-RY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Seaion 10 of By-law 2511 is hereby amended by adding the following sul~ection:
10.3-~ Part of Lots 1 to $, Plan 395 and Part of Lot 34, Plan 350
Notwithstanding subseaions 1~0;2=3 and 10.2.6, for the.lands hatched
on Schedule "I' to By-law ~359/~ and located tn P,a~_. of Lots
1 to 8, Plan 395 and Part of Lot 34, Plan 350 in the Town of P/ckering,
the m/n/mum front yard requirement is 6.0 metres and the maximum
lot coverage is 38 percent.
2. Schedule 'I" attached hereto forrm part of this By-law.
3. This By4aw shall take effea from the day of approval of the On.rio Mun/dpal Board.
