BY-LAW NO. 4 32 9/9 3
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Transfer
of Part Block 19, Plan 40M-1649, Pickering, from The
Corporation of the Town of Pickering to Maria Ciccone
and Denis Walsh (Part 3, Plan 40R-15063; LD188/93).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 19, Plan 40M-1649,
Picketing, being a reserve adjacent to Fiddlers Court, Picketing, and no longer requires that part of the
block designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-15063; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of subsection 191(1) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter
M.45, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing may pass by-laws for disposing of lands
no longer required for its purposes;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer, in the form attached hereto
as Schedule A, of that part of Block 19, Plan 40M-1649, Picketing, designated as Part 3, Plan
40R-15063, from The Corporation of the Town of Picketing to Maria Ciccone and Denis
Walsh. [LD 188/93]
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of October, 1993.
