Being a by-law to appoint Patrick Pearsall as Acting
Fire Chief for the period July 1, 1993 to October 31,
1993.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 207.45 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter
M.45, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing may pass by-laws for appointing such
officers and employees as may be necessary for the purposes of the Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOW S:
1. Patrick Pearsall is hereby al>pointed Acting Fire Chief of The Corporation of the Town of
Picketing for the period beginning July 1, 1993 and ending October 31, 1993.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 8th day of July, 1993.
