BY-LAW NO. 4236/93
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of Transfers of
storm sewer easements from Greig Glen and Mary
Amanda Glen and Michael Shannon and Debra Moore to
The Corporation of the Town of Pickering over those
parts of Lots 12 and 14, Plan 40M-1427, Pickering,
designated as Parts 1 and 3, Plan 40R-14553.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering requires a storm sewer easement over that part
of Lot 12, Plan 40M-1427, Pickering, designated as Part I, Plan 40R-14553, and that part of Lot 14,
Plan 40M-1427, Pickering. designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-14553, for the purpose of draining storm
water through Plan 40M-1427, Picketing, and pursuant to the provisions of section 191 of the Municipal
Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering may pass
by-laws for acquiring interests in lands;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easement, in
the form attached hereto as Schedule A, from Greig Glen and Mary Amanda Glen to The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing over that part of Lot 12, Plan 40M-1427, Picketing,
designated as Part l, Plan 40R-14553.
2. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of storm sewer easement, in
the form attached hereto as Schedule B, from Michael Shannon and Debra Moore to The
Corporation of the Town of Picketing over that part of Lot 14, Plan 40M-1427, Pickering,
designated as Part 3, Plan 40R-14553.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 7th day of June, 1993.
