BY-LAW NO. 4226/93
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 91, Plan 40M-1512,
Pickering, as public highway (Strathmore Crescent).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 91, Plan 40M-1512,
Plckering, and wishes to dedicate it as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Block 91, Plan 40M-1512, Pickering, is hereby dedicated as public highway (Strathmore
Crescem).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 17th day of May, 1993.
