Being a by-law to appoint By-law Enforcement
Officers for certain purposes (Parking

925 Bayly St., OCC #2
Whereas pursuant to the provision of section 15(1) of the Police
Services Act., R,S.O. 1990, chapter P15, as amended, the council of
any municipality or trustees of any police village may appoint one or
more municipal law enforcement officers who shall be peace officers
for the purpose of enforcing the by-laws of the municipality or
police village;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following person is hereby appointed as a Municipal Law
Enforcement Officer in and for the Town of Pickering and are
hereby authorized to enter at all reasonable times upon lands
municipally known as 1235 Radom Street, Ontario Condominium
Corporation #11, 1975 Rosefield Road, Durham Condominium
Corporation #58, 580 Eyer Drive, Durham Condominium Corporation
#52, 1958 Rosefield Road, Durham Condominium Corporation #51
and 925 Bayly Street, Ontario Condominium Corporation #2, in
order to ascertain whether the provisions of By-law 2359/87 are
obeyed and to enforce or carry into effect the said By-law:

2. The authority granted in section 1 hereto is specifically
limited to that set out in section 1, and shall not be deemed,
at any time, to exceed the authority set out in section 1.
3. This appointment shall expire upon those persons appointed in
Section 1 hereof ceasing to be an employee of the Group 4 CPS
Limited or upon the Group 4 CPS Limited ceasing to be an
authorized agent of Ontario Condominium Corporation #11, Durham
Condominium Corporation #58, Durham Condominium Corporation
#52, Durham Condominium Corporation #51, and Ontario
Condominium Corporation #2, whichever shall occur first.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this 3rd day of May 1993.
