BY-LAW 4199/93 __
Being a by-law to authorize the execution of a Release of
a Demolition Agreement respecting Lot 17, Plan 228,
Pickering.
WHEREAS it is necessary to remove from title a Demolition Agreement between the Town and Daniel
O'Leary and Sharon Florence O'Leary dated September 15, 1986 and registered on September 22, 1986
as Instrument No. D230399;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Release, in the form attached hereto as
Schedule A, of a Demolition Agreement dated September 15, 1986 and registered September
22, 1986 as Instrument No. D230399, between The Corporation of the Town of Pickefmg and
Daniel O'Leary and Sharon Florence O'Leary, respecting Lot 17, Plan 228, Picketing.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 5th day ot April 1993.

In consideration of the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) paid to it, receipt of which is hereby by it
acknowledged,

hereby releases and forever discharges
DANIEL O'LEARY
and
SHARON FLORENCE O'LEARY
their successors and assigns, of and from all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of action
which may have arisen, are arising, or may arise as a result of or in any way related to an Agreement
dated September 15, 1986 and registered as Instrument No. D230399 on September 22, 1986, between
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
and
DANIEL O'LEARY
and
SHARON FLORENCE O'LEARY
concerning Lot 17, Plan 228, Pickering.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The Corporation of the Town of Pickering has hereunto affixed its corporate
seal attested by its properly authorized officers this 5th day of April 1993.
