BY-LAW NQ, 4195/93
Being a by-law to amend By-law 55/74 prohibiting heavy
traffic on Bonita Avenue, Dunbarton Road, Glenanna
Road, Huntsmill Drive, Rambleberry Avenue atwl
Silverthorn Square.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the predecessor of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. M.45, s.210.123, the
Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing enacted By-law 55/74 for prohibiting heavy traffic
on the highways;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Schedule 2 of By-law 55/74, as mnended, is hereby further mnended by adding thereto the
following items:
Bonita Avenue from Fairport Road to Appleview Road
Dunbarton Road from Dixie Road to Fairpo~t Road
Olenanna Road from Dixie Road to Deerbrook Drive
Glenanna Road from Fairport Road to Eagleview Drive
Huntsmill Drive from Finch Avenue to Mountcastle Crescent
Rambleberry Avenue from Dixie Road to Rawlings Drive
Silverthom Square from Dixie Road to Silverthom Square
2. This By-law shall not come into force unless it is approved by the Council of The Regional
Municipality of Durham pursuant to the Regional Municipalities Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. R.8,
s.34.
By-law read a first, second and third thne and finally passed this 5th day of April 1993.
