BY-LAW NUMBER 4157t93
Being a by-law to amend By-law 264/75 to
establish a 60 kilometre per hour speed
limit on Concession Road 5
Whereas By-law 264/75 allows Council to authorize speed limits on
highways under the jurisdiction of the Town of Picketing; and
Whereas it is deemed expedient to eatablieh the epeed limit on Concession
Road 5 at 60 kilometres per hour;
Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Picketing
Hereby Enacts as follows:
1. Schedule "A" of By-law 264/75, is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
From T__qo
Concession 5 Road Westney Road 100 m west of
(Regional Road 31) Church Street
2. This by-law shall take effect upon approval by the Regional
Municipality of Durham.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 4th
day of October, 1993.
