Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 21, Plan 818,
Pickering, designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-13106, as
public highway (Fairport Road).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 21, Plan 818,
Pickering, designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-13106, which it desires to dedicate as public highway;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That part of Lot 21, Plan 818, Pickering, designated as Part 5, Plan 40R-13106, is hereby
dedicated as public highway (Fairport Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 18th day of January, 1993.
