BY-LAW NO. 5515/99
Being a by-law to dedicate that part of Lot 21,
Registered Compiled Plan 819, Pickering,
designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-19075 (Fairport
Road) as public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Lot 21,
Registered Compiled Plan 819, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-19075 and wishes to
dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That part of Lot 21, Registered Compiled Plan 819, Pickering, designated as Part 1, Plan
40R-19075 is hereby dedicated as public highway (Fairport Road).
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 28th day of June, 1999.
